Production at HMT is the responsibility of qualified employees working in a state of the art production enviroment,
which is constantly monitored to meet the quality standards laid down in our Quality Management Program. Our promise
to you is: products of the highest quality based on the following production safeguards and processes:
- Production takes place in our class 10,000. clean room The production floor area is 900 square meters, and the
room volume comprises 2,700 cubic meters.
- The cleanroom area is controlled through strict Microbiologual testing and monitoring. These tests are performed
internally as well as by an independent external source.
- The cleanroom team must adhere to strict hygenic regulations and are also monitored on a regular basis to ensure
our high levels of cleanliness are upheld. Like the Production enviroment testing and monitoring in performed
internally as well as by an independent source.
- The cleanroom area has been designed to optimize production effeciency and process control.
- All work stations in the clean room are equipped with a suitable supply of pressurized air for use with pneumatic
equipment, as well as work station vacuum cleaners; seam-sealing welding units; heat-sealers for sealing sterile
equipment in tubs; automated tube-cutters, pneumatic tube-stretchers; cable-binder processing machines and much more.
